If the control's AllowUserInput property is set to true, users can enter a value directly into the editor's text box using both short and longhand hexadecimal notation for RGB color values ("#F0F", "#D8D8D8") or RGB color format (e.g., "rgb(255,0,0)"). The Color Editor can also accept HTML color names (e.g., "red", "green").
