The XtraCharts Suite ships with 30 unique 2D chart views and 16 3D views - from bars and pies to financial series. You can easily switch between views as needs dictate and combine several series within a single chart. To maximize readability and end-user satisfaction, we provide you with a set of additional elements that can be displayed within the chart - from callouts for each point to constant lines and stripes within the diagram area. Each view type or an individual visual element exposes a myriad of customization options so you have full control over the appearance and behavior of each and every point or line within your chart.
Like our other Visual Studio .NET component libraries, the XtraCharts Suite can be purchased with full source code (including design-time code). The suite ships with comprehensive documentation together with demo applications so you can hit the ground running and deliver stunning charts with your next Windows or ASP.NET application.
I have used DevExpress components, both VCL and .NET, for many years, and
have always been impressed by the quality and feature set of their
components, but I would like to make a few comments about the XtraCharts
Suite.
I have been using a 3rd party charting component for several years now
because DevExpress did not have a .NET charting component in their arsenal
when I needed one (several years back now), so when XtraCharts became
available, I really didn't pay much attention to it, as my needs were
covered.
Due to circumstances, the 3rd party component I was using has come to a
dead-end and will not be developed further, so I thought I would take a look
at the XtraCharts component as I am a .NET subscriber. The process of
converting to this component has been a joy, and I can't believe I have not
been using it for the last 'x' years! Knowing the philosophy of DevExpress I
know where to look for the properties and how to implement them, it's just
so intuitive. The feature set of the component is very impressive and it is
fast and flexible at runtime.
I would like to congratulate the XtraCharts team on a really splendid job,
and making it so easy to use. If you know other DevExpress components, you
know this one!
