Support Options

There are 2 support channels to contact our support team, you can leave us a message via our Online Support Center https://www.devexpress.com/Support/Center or email us directly support@devexpress.com. Both feed into the same FIFO (first in - first out) queue, and while the size of that queue can change from day to day, the average time for an item to go from the back to the front of the queue is a little under one business day. If you have a current subscription you can also mark urgent items in the Support Center for priority handling, which will promote them to the front of the FIFO queue.

The Support Center has some additional advantages over email, you can mark incidents for public consumption, and you can search among available public incidents which may just be the most immediate way to get an answer. You can still request email notification using the support center.

You can also network with other developers using our Forums. While these are not an official support channel, sometimes the perspective of another developer on an issue can be useful.

DevExpress.com and Your Privacy

DevExpress.com may ask you to register and include personal information that identifies you ("Personal Details") under certain circumstances, including instances when you download free software, or join the Express Support Center.

Developer Express Inc. uses your information for two primary purposes: To help you automatically manage your personal information within the Express Support Center. To inform you of product upgrades, special offers, and updated information on the services offered by Developer Express.

If you choose not to register and provide the required information, you can still use the vast majority of the content contained at devexpress.com, but you will be unable to use the services offered at the Express Support Center.
