DevExpress Subscriptions are for a 12 month period. Within 12 months from the date of your purchase, you automatically receive all updates for those products which you are licensed under a given subscription. In addition, you will receive all new products that we release for the Subscription level you own. For instance, if we release a new ASP.NET component, those who have an active license to DXperience Universal, DXperience Enterprise, and/or DXperience ASP.NET will receive the component free of charge. If we release a new Windows Forms component, those who have an active license to DXperience Universal, DXperience Enterprise, and/or DXperience WinForms will receive the component free of charge.
Once your 12 month subscription expires, you are entitled to renew your subscription at reduced pricing. If you choose not to renew your subscription, you are fully protected. You can continue using all licensed components and tools without further payment. If you allow a subscription to lapse and do not renew after a year, you can still update your subscription at a later time at a higher price (Pricing varies based upon length of time since the expiration of a subscription/license).
