Lookup Combo Box
LookUpEdit is a multi-column combo box with lookup functionality. It offers the following capabilities.
- Customizable columns collection.
- Customizable column header visibility.
- Display and edit values are taken from separate fields.
- Sorting dropdown list data by column values. End users can also change the applied sort order.
- Multiple sort modes including auto-completion, searching within the dropdown list and auto-filtering. End users are allowed to change the search column.
- Display text formatting for dropdown columns.
- Custom processing for entering not-in-list values. You can handle a specially designed event to insert new records into the underlying data source.
