Enables skinning functionality in most Developer Express visual components for the VCL. This library provides you with Microsoft® Office® 2007 look and feel options and several unique visual styles featuring rounded buttons, glass effects and gradient fills. With ExpressSkins, you can even create your own Windows® XP style skin. Both built-in and custom skins can be used across any operating system, even those released prior to Windows XP.
