                                  • Previously, DevExtreme automatically applied the ios7.default theme on iOS devices and a generic theme on other devices. In this case, you need to write additional code if you want to initially apply a material theme, or apply the same theme on all devices. If the application does not include ios7 or generic themes, no theme is applied on corresponding devices, which leads to incorrect application appearance and behavior.

                                    Starting with v19.2, DevExtreme does not take the device into account when applying the theme.

                                    The following examples illustrate how DevExtreme v19.1 and 19.2 apply themes:

                                    If you want to revert to the old behavior, use the themes.current(themeName) and devices.current() methods to apply a theme depending on the device:

                                    [JavaScript]
                                    var themeName = DevExpress.devices.current().platform == "ios" ? "ios7" : "generic"; DevExpress.ui.themes.current(themeName);
