Oracle SQL Developer and XPO execute the same code, XPO threw out a very strange exception. The name of the stored procedure adds a strange suffix

                                             Thanks a lot, Peter

                                  Hi Peter,

While we are working on this issue, would you please clarify what version of the Oracle.DataAccess assembly you are using?

In addition, please call the ODPConnectionProvider.ComposeSafeTableName method and pass your stored procedure name. What string does it return?

                                  Hello Gosha,

I attached files, my oracle ver is 9204.  I try through ODPConnectionProvider.ComposeSafeTableName get sproc name .
The error is the same  as before.

                                  Thanks a lot, Peter

I used Oracle Command to address my need to execute sproc, but I still want XPO to support lower versions of Oracle invoke sproc

                                Hello Peter,

This error occurs when a stored procedure name contains a dot symbol. To get rid of this restriction, we need to change the XPO Core code significantly. This task is not a trivial one and requires us to weigh the risks to our existing codebase were it to be implemented. That is why this is not something we are planning to introduce in the near term.

If you have stored procedures whose names contain dot symbols, please consider using the following solutions:

                                • Rename these stored procedures.
                                • Create Synonyms for these stored procedures.
Execute these stored procedures using ADO.NET. You can use the IDataLayer.CreateCommand method to obtain an IDbCommand object.

                                  Thanks, Uriah

Nevertheless, I've always wanted XPO updates.
                                  Thank you for your considerations.
