                                  • Hello Support team
I've read online documentation and tried a lot of things but I get up.
Surelly it's a silly question for you.
Could you tell me the way to get/set the values in a secind level gridview please?
                                    I tried with:
                                    Dim view As DevExpress.XtraGrid.Views.Base.BaseView = LOGTABLESGridControl.FocusedView
Dim row As DataRow = view.GetRow(view.FocusedRowHandle)
But it seems FocusedRowHandle it's not right...
                                    Thanks in advance
                                    Martin

                                  Hi Martin,
This code is quite correct and should work. If not, you are welcome to send us a sample project showing this issue and we will do our best to fine-tune it for you.
                                  Thanks,
                                  Plato

                                  Hi Plato
Good news that it's right, I send you the solution zipped including a .doc with my screen printed so you can see the error.
                                  Thanks so much!

                                  Hello Martin,
                                  Please try the following code:

                                  [VB.NET]
Private Sub SimpleButton1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles SimpleButton1.Click Dim view As DevExpress.XtraGrid.Views.Grid.GridView = GridControl1.FocusedView Dim row As DataRowView = view.GetRow(view.FocusedRowHandle)'you can set the breakpoint and watch what type is your row End Sub

Let me know if you need further assistance.
                                  Thank you, Marina

                                  Good morning Marina
I can't set a breakpoint and run the app because compiler says FocusedRowHandle is undefined and raises an error...
                                  Thanks in advance
                                  Martin

Well, if you modify the code as I previously suggested, everything will work as expected. I've attached a modified sample.
                                  Thank you, Marina
