                                  • Hi.

I have a grid with some itens grouped. In my grid it ́s all expanded, then I call printpreview and choose in options to collapse it but it doesn ́t work. But if in my grid it ́s all collapsed and I call printpreview, choose in options to expand or collapse it then it works fine.

                                    Why ?

                                    Thanks.

                                    Wilton

                                Hi Wilton,

This behavior is by design. This option only allows you to expand all groups, but doesn't allow to collapse expanded rows. (Actually, that's why the options group is named "Expand")
If you want to print all rows collapsed, simply call the CollapseAllGroups before showing the Print Preview.

If you need any further assistance on this subject, please feel free to reactivate this ticket.

                                Thanks
                                Dimitros
