I just can't get over the stupendous support I get from DevEx. Not only is it far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a support desk, but also it is practically instantaneous. I no sooner fire off a MAYDAY than the lifeline is safely in my hands; no fear of sinking at all. You may think words of thanks are cheap, but there's a commercial issue here too. I am so impressed - and as a professional developer of more years than I care to remember, I take some impressing - that I am systematically removing all other third-part libraries from my repertoire and intend to replace them all with DevEx products where such alternatives exist.
