                                  • I have a data set that has vehicle information and multiple odometer readings per vehicle.  I am trying to figure out how to create a Delta between the Odometer readings of one row to the odometer readings of the 2nd row.  Attached is a short video.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to do this?

                                    Thank you

I suggest you take a look at our window calculations feature and the Difference calculation in particular. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems when using this feature for your task.

We found the Difference function and were able to get this working for a single set of data BUT we need to restart the difference calculations when another field value changes.  Please see the updated video.

NOTE: We also tried doing this in the Web Report Designer but it does not have the Window Functions.

                                  Please advise.

It is better to calculate the difference in the required manner by defining a measure instead of the delta column. You can use calculations to calculate the difference and define Conditional Formatting to highlight certain values. Refer to the screencast attached. Note that it may be possible to add multiple dimensions in the window definition to calculate the difference by multiple dimensions.
