                                  Hi Nadezhda,

Please note there is no image for your step1!

When trying to reproduce this error make sure you are

#1 Using an iPad or Mac and you are logging into app via RDP.
#2 You set your Time Zone on the iPad or Mac to "Sydney"

N.B. If your time zone is set to anything other than Sydney you wont see the error.

Now that Sydney (which is in the state of NSW) is in daylight saving = on, the period of the year that shows daylight saving is on IS CORRECT and the period of the year that daylight saving is = off is INCORRECT.

Here is the screen grab of, iPad is set to Sydney time zone and we are looking at a period WHEN DAYLIGHT SAVING IS ON. This shows the NSW time ruler is CORRECT.

Here is the screen grab of, iPad is set to Sydney time zone, we are CURRENTLY in daylight saving = on and we are looking at a period PRIOR daylight saving on, (meaning daylight saving is off). As you can see the NSW time ruler is INCORRECT.

                                  Hello Emanuel,

I have attached the image to the description of the issue. Please check it.
I would also like to note that I reproduced this behavior without using the remote access if the "Adjust for daylight savings time automatically" option is disabled on my testing machine.
Could you test your application when this option is enabled on both of your machines? If the issue is still reproduced in this case, this issue differs from the issue that we are discussing in this thread. So, let's continue our discussion in the original ticket.

***Please Note the URGENT issue in this thread should be the iPad and Mac issue***

This is what I reported and what I need fixed URGENTLY.

If you found another issue thats fine but this thread is for the iPad, please dont confuse what we require...

We understand that this issue is important to you and we will do our best to help you.

Since we could not reproduce the same behavior with remote access, we need to make sure that the behavior that we see on our side relates to the issue you faced. In this case, we can investigate it locally without any additional information about your environment.

Please follow my instructions CAREFULLY and you will reproduce the error.

Please set you current city on the iPad to Sydney and log in remotely and add 3 to 4 time rules as I did in the screen grabs I sent and you will see the errors.

As I previously said if I set my iPad to another region eg. London and then I log in remotely there is no error, this is why you can’t fault it as you probably have your iPad set to US time, needs to be set to Sydney ON THE IPAD BEFORE you log in.

                                  H‍ope that helps.

I tested the application using your steps and shared my results on the thread. Please check it.
