Thank you for your video. I have made an additional research and found the cause of the issue. Indeed, we changed this behavior in one of our intermediate builds. Our goal is to make sure that all controls are drawn in similar manner when the acrylic effect is not supported by the operating system (see the Two issues with Windows 10, version 1903 blog post). Thus, we changed our inner logic to detect if the operating system does not support such effects and disable them if it is so. However, it seems that AccordionControl's behavior was affected in an unexpected way. We will research this issue in the context of a separate ticket and update it once we have any news - AccordionControl is drawn in a different manner on Windows 10 build 1903.

I also discussed your task with our developers and we found a better approach to achieve this appearance. Instead of disabling DirectX, we recommend that you set the background color to groups as well and then draw separators manually. I modified my previous sample to illustrate this approach. Please review it and let me know if this appearance meets your requirements. I look forward to hearing back from you.
