                                  • Thanks, re-enabling the shortcuts fixed the problem.  I do not recall making any changes to shortcuts.  I did have Coderush classic installed initially and later imported its settings into Coderush for Roslyn before uninstalling classic.  I do not know if this could have disabled those shortcuts.
