                                The Default SharePoint 2013 Master Page has the following meta tag defined:

                                <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10" />

                                and requires the other content to be compatible with the specified version.

                                In this case, it is necessary to adjust DevExpress ASP.NET controls accordingly in order to achieve compatibility with IE10 (while you are using IE11) via the ASPxWebControl.SetIECompatibilityMode method, for example, in the Page_Load event:

                                protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e) { DevExpress.Web.ASPxClasses.ASPxWebControl.SetIECompatibilityMode(10); }

                                See the KA18646: How to adjust DevExpress ASP.NET controls when opening a page in the Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode #1 KB Article for more information.
