                                  • When I’m trying to load the product (via the Tools | Load DevExpress Tools...), I get an error given below:

                                This may happen if our VS package isn't loaded for some reason. We suggest that you try to run the IDE with the resetskippkgs switch, in order to clear the load options for VS packages:

                                devenv.exe /resetskippkgs

                                This should fix the problem.
