Timeline View
Beyond traditional views
The Timeline View allows you to arrange events and appointments across an easy-to-read horizontal timeline. From milliseconds to years, the Scheduler control gives you the ability to browse data across various detail levels. To initiate zoom operations, you simply hold the CTRL key and rotate your mouse scroll as needed (to zoom in or zoom out).
The timescale can display one, two, or three predefined rulers and unlimited number of custom rulers. Rulers display different measure units depending on zoom factor: years-quarters-months, months-days-hours, etc. Timeline features include:

Agenda & List Views
A compact representation of daily tasks and events
DevExpress WPF Scheduler has been optimized for a variety of usage scenarios. Leverage the capabilities of our Agenda and List Views and display a compact representation of daily tasks and events.
The Agenda view displays a chronological list of daily appointments. It allows your app to reduce visual noise so end-users can focus on tasks/events that matter most.
The vertical list view allows you to see a stream of all your appointments and events in a traditional grid layout with enabled sorting, grouping, and filtering options.
Never mind that the DevExpress controls are a fantastic, time-saving suite. The online support they offer is worth the price of the product all by itself.

Appointment & Event Management
Fully customizable built-in appointment dialogs
Our Office-inspired appointment/event dialogs allow end-users to create/modify appointments as needed. End-users can specify the Subject associated with an event, set its Location, Start and End Time, Description, and more. Appointment Dialogs are ready to use without writing a single line of code or can be fully customized and extended when necessary.
Thanks to intuitive UI elements and a powerful API, your WPF app can automatically generate appointment reminders and handle recurring event chains. Recurring appointments can be set to occur daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. Individual appointments can also be edited without modifications to an entire recurrence series.
Time Regions
Highlight specific appointment slots
The WPF Scheduler supports Time Region objects that apply restrictions and appearance settings to time cells. You can selectively block modifications to appointments in certain timeframes. For instance, you can block lunch hours or days off.
Resources
Display multiple schedules simultaneously
Schedule Resources allow end-users to browse multiple calendars (for any entity such as an individual or office location, etc.) simultaneously. Once resources have been created, the scheduler will display multiple parallel timelines. Resource headers can display images and the same event can be assigned to multiple resources as needed.
