My name is Julian Bucknall and I'm the Chief Technology Officer here at DevExpress.

Before I begin I want to extend my deepest thanks to you for choosing DevExpress for your software development needs. I appreciate that the commitment you've made to standardize on DevExpress tools is a significant one and I want to assure you that we will do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a profitable one.

A CTO's job is many-fold: sure, I look at and determine future trends and software alternatives, but more than that, I look at how our company's products are being used and how we should improve both them and the customer experience. Here at DevExpress, we go further: we operate on the simple premise that *you* are the reason we exist and that our #1 job is to help you achieve your business objectives. Our on-going commitment to you and your team is to go above and beyond and deliver the software and services you deserve and rely on.
