The judges reviewed over 65 products and services submitted for the contest and chose 13 finalists to be interviewed at Tech-Ed 2008 Developers Conference in Orlando FL. The interviews were conducted June 3-4 2008. Winners were announced on June 5 at an evening reception held at Universal Studios, Florida.
