The much awaited release of the ExpressQuantumGrid Suite v5 is now upon us and this brief document spells out some of the key new features available within it. As of the writing of this document, the ExpressQuantumGrid v5 supports Delphi 5, 6, 7, 2005 and C++Builder 5, 6.

Our focus in this release has been to provide both runtime (what your end-user experiences) and design time (what you experience using the library) improvements. From new look and feel options to radically improved Card Views, the ExpressQuantumGrid Suite is as it has always been - the unquestioned market leader in terms of both features and flexibility.

Note: if you are new to the ExpressQuantumGrid, we recommend that you look through the ExpressQuantumGrid: An Introduction paper before reading this one. That paper will offer you basic knowledge about the technologies used in the grid and its main features.
