Thank you for your continued support of our tools, we appreciate it. Please review the following list of possible ways to purchase new products if you have purchased from DevExpress in the past.
Use Special Offers and Discounts
Special Offers allow you to upgrade your existing licenses to subscription packages that include additional products. For instance, if you own ASPxGridView, our website allows you to upgrade it to DXperience ASP.NET subscription at a reduced price.
Discounts are also available when you purchase products that have common functionality or when switching to a different development platform.

Purchasing Additional Licenses
If you own a product and need to purchase additional licenses, follow the steps below:
- Login into our website using the account menu at the top of any page.
Select "Registered Products" from the user account menu or navigate to:
On this page, you will see a list of all products you currently own.
To buy additional licenses for a given product, press "Purchase Additional Licenses".
In the following popup window, enter the total number of licenses you wish to purchase. Multi-license discounts will be applied if purchasing more than one license. Once you've reviewed the total, click "Add to Cart" to proceed.
Once all items have been added to your cart, press "Proceed to Checkout" under your cart to continue with your order. Review the following page for more information:

Additional Information You Should Remember
- If paying by bank wire transfer
It generally takes between 3-5 business days for wires to reach us. Once we receive payment, we will automatically send you notification along with download/registration information. If you do not receive a notification within 3-5 business days, please write to us at email@example.com for assistance.
- If paying by credit card
Due to massive credit card fraud and identity theft on the Internet, we have instituted strict verification processes. This requires us to manually review each and every order submitted to us. If you need your order quickly and if you contact us during normal working hours, we can expedite the order but we will need to contact you by telephone at the phone number associated with the credit card. - If paying by check
We can only accept checks drawn against a US bank in US dollars. If you wish to send us a check, it is best to use a courier service such as Federal Express or UPS so that you can track when the payment actually reached us. If you use standard postal mail, you should wait 3-4 business days before contacting us to confirm the receipt of the check.
