I just installed CodeRusht v3 and Refactor v3 on a Windows 2003 Server box with VS.NET 2005 and 2008 installed. In both IDE's I'm getting the exception:
Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX))
when selecting: Tools, Load DevExpress Tools
Please help.
