This feature is very important for our application because we print some (not all) reports on special barcode labels
which are located in a different paper tray.

                                    Thanks, regards

                                Hi Matthias,

Thank you for contacting us. Currently, I cannot reproduce the problem you described. Can you please provide us with a detailed step-by-step guide as to how to reproduce this issue? This information will allow us to localize the cause of the problem.

                                Hi Sergi,
                                sorry for insufficient information.
                                The class DevExpress.XtraReports.UI.ReportPrintTool
contains the methods LoadPrinterSettings and SavePrinterSettings to save and restore used printer settings to/from a file.

The attached file was created with DevExpress.XtraReports.UI.ReportPrintTool.SavePrinterSettings:

                                <XtraSerializer version="1.0" application="PrinterSettings">
                                  <property name="PrinterName">Brother MFC-7440N Printer</property>
                                  <property name="MinimumPage">1</property>
                                  <property name="PrintRange">AllPages</property>
                                  <property name="ToPage">1</property>
                                  <property name="PrintToFile">false</property>
                                  <property name="Copies">1</property>
                                  <property name="Collate">false</property>
                                  <property name="Duplex">Simplex</property>
                                  <property name="MaximumPage">1</property>
                                  <property name="FromPage">1</property>

It does not contain information about the used paper tray and consequently the used printer tray can't be restored
                                in DevExpress.XtraReports.UI.ReportPrintTool.LoadPrinterSettings.
I hope this information is sufficient. SavePrinterSettings /LoadPrinterSettings should save/restore the printer tray too.

                                Hi Matthias,

                                Thank you for your update.

I will forward this issue to our R&D team, and we will contact you as soon as we get any results. Please bear with us.

                                Hi Matthias,

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding.

Please note that printer tray information is contained in page settings, but not printer settings. So, printer tray information will be serialized in the report in the same way as page settings when this suggestion is implemented.
