                                    I wanted to bind RefactoringProvider as a fix to specific IssueProvider. I spent much time looking for solution. Finally, with help of intellisense, I found CodeIssueMessage property. Please make this feature more discoverable for plugin writers.

                                    Make ContentProvider.CodeIssueMessage property available in property grid in design mode.
