                                  • Hello

I created a report which has three side by side subreports). In the designer they fill the whole horizontal space available but when I run the report it looks like in the attached image. So far I couldn't figure out what causes this (tried to set CanShrink, CanGrow)

                                    thanks

                                Hi Sandrine,

                                Thank you for your report.

This behavior is by design. This issue will be resolved in the context of the Page Builder - Add the capability to use the AnchorVertical property when the report control is displayed side-by-side with subreport ticket. So, I have marked this issue as its duplicate.

                                  Thanks for your reply

But I'm talking about the width which isn't correct not the height. Shouldn't the width be fixed (how I defined it in the designer)?

                                • Thank you for your clarification. I am afraid I cannot find an appropriate solution to your problem without additional information. Would you please post here a small sample project that demonstrates your issue? We will examine it and try to find an appropriate solution for you.

I attached a small ASP.NET app in which you can observe the described behaviour.

                                • I am afraid that I have not found any code in your sample. Would you please provide us with a complete sample with code-behind files and report definitions? I hope this will make the situation clearer.

                                  ah, sorry. here you go

                                • Make the xrSubreport1 width smaller (set it to 850 tenths of a millimeters units) to fix this issue. Attached is an updated sample. Hope this makes sense.
