Hello,
I am getting the exact same error since upgrading to 12.1.4. Can you please post the solution?
Thanks,

Hello Craig,
Would you please describe the issue you have encountered in greater detail?
- What does the issue look like? Would you please make a detailed screencast that illustrates how to reproduce this issue from scratch? For example, use the Jing tool for this purpose;
- If this issue is browser-specific, specify the browser family/version;
- Prepare a simple working project that illustrates the issue in action. With a small example project, it is much easier for us to verify that the code that calls ours is valid, and that the way our controls are being used is recommended. This way, we can concentrate our resources on the problematic area:
A request for simple example programsYour time and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Hello,
We have tried to reproduce this issue on our side but failed (see the attached video).
It looks like some other things are involved in this issue, which I have not taken into account. Would you please check how the attached project operates on your side? If it works well, try to modify it to reproduce this issue and send the project to us. Otherwise, provide us with a reduced version of the problematic project, so that we can easily examine it on our side. If this issue is browser-specific, specify the browser family/version. -
I used the same way as yours in my project,but its getting me the same error.
Will u plz help me out regarding this issue.
Thanks,
Bhanu -
Hello,
It seems that we have detected this issue when using a standard ASP.NET validator on a web form.
Please refer to the B216736 - ASPxGridView - A JavaScript error is thrown when there is the standard validator placed on the page report for more information. The "Fixed in builds" field specifies builds where this issue will be fixed. -
Im getting the same error -- this happens on all grids (50+) in the project. Worked fine prior to upgrading to 12.1.4.
-
We have already resolved this issue in the most recent build 12.1.5:
B216736 - ASPxGridView - A JavaScript error is thrown when there is the standard validator placed on the page
