Hi Abdul,
You can use the ASPxGridView's EditForm template to implement your own EditForm design. You can use the ASPxGridViewTemplateReplacements to put EditForm editors and buttons on your custom EditForm.
I have created a sample project illustrating how you can create a custom EditForm, using the EditForm template and the ASPxGridViewTemplateReplacements. You can find it in the attachment.
