S1,S2 are subreport.or is there any split control with fixed height? two table contents are dynamic content .We aiready limit to 5 records in both table. but if content has more character like screenshot , how to resolve this Issue ? we use report.CreateDocument(true) for background process. i attached our project in attachment with correct report RptBadActor_Modified.pdf . please see Issue_Onepage.png screenshot for reference. Please reply as soon as possible.
Please note that the subreport isn't limited to the XRSubreport container. At present, only the report's location is taken into account when producing a report. Please refer to the corresponding suggestion ticket registered in our Database: XRSubreport - How to enable CanShrink and CanGrow feature. If you find this feature useful, track its status to stay informed on our progress.
As an immediate solution, I can only suggest that you disable the CanGrow feature for a subreport's controls, and also limit the number of records displayed in the subreport (see Limit top n per group). Hope this helps.
