                                  • I installed VS2008 SP1 Beta1 and now I get an error in the HTML designer for a preexisting chart. I attached a zip with the chart code and screenshots of the error and version info. The chart renders ok at run-time. I can get the error to go away by removing all whitespace between the <axisx></axisx> elements and also for <axisy></axisy>. Running the chart wizard causes the error to reappear though.

Actually, now that I have run the chart wizard, I get the same error at run-time in the browser.

                                Hi Eric,

First, I converted your issue to a Question, since we don't consider this a bug. According to the MS site, VS2008 SP1 Beta and .NET 3.5 SP1 Beta are provided for testing purposes only.
We don't support such beta software, but will surely release a compatible version (if needed) as soon as MS releases those Service Packs officially.
BTW, the issue you found looks like a bug in the beta...

                                Thanks,
                                Max
