We have examined this issue and found that this is a bug. It will be fixed in the next release. If you wish, you can request a Public Fix for the current recent release of our components using a button in the header of this thread.

Thanks for that, I need a fix ASAP, but we are working with he version 11.2.7 and cannot upgrade to 11.2.8 now, can I have the fix for 11.2.7 please?

No problem, BUT just REMOVE the image please, it contains names from the customer database.

Also, We asked to build the fix with the version 11.2.7 no 11.2.8 - can we got it please with this version?

We will upgrade later to 11.2.9 .. or something like this but not now.

I have removed the mentioned images. Please review this thread again and confirm that we can make it Public now.

I am afraid that we cannot provide a Public Fix for the v2011 vol 2.7 build. Usually bugs are fixed in code of a recently released minor build. At present this is the v2011 vol 2.8 build. Therefore, the Public Fix is available only for this version. After v2011 vol 2.9 has been released, this Public Fix will become unavailable as well.
