Columns Setup Form – An overflow exception is raised when entering a big number of columns

Hey, I believe I have found a bug in the add column form.

While researching issue S137427 when you put a realy large number into the More Columns form, and click OK it gives an exception: Value is too large for an int32..

Please see the steps to reproduce.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Steps to Reproduce:

Put a text box and a ribbon control onto the form.

Create the default bars.

On the page layout click on Columns.

Then Click More Columns.

Finally, under the amount of columns enter a hideously large number like: 23,838,883,834.

Bug Found.

Actual Results:

An Overflow Exception / Crash.

Expected Results:

Well, there isn't much to say here, but to have a popup or something saying: Value Is Too Big.
