                                    Unused member is wrongly reported in certain scenario involving generics.

                                    Steps to Reproduce:

                                    1. Open attached sample

                                    2. Open MyClass.cs file

                                    Actual Results:

                                    "Unused member" code issues are reported for HandleEvent and CanHandleEvent overloads that use string parameter.

                                    Expected Results:

                                    No "Unused member" code issues in MyClass file
