Sure, I understand that severe errors have higher priority, but even if the files err39.rtf and err45.rtf does not fulfil
the RTF standards, I was able to open/read these files with wordpad.exe / MS Word / Open Office and MS Richedit-Control without
any problem. And I don't understand that your company is not interested to achieve this "state of the art" standard.
