                                    Dear Sirs!

                                    When you load the attached *.rtf-files from XtraRichEdit_Empty_Error.zip with RitchEditMainDemo.exe the control is empty.
                                    But when you open the same files with wordpad.exe / MS Word / Open Office or MS Richedit-Control, the files are not empty.

                                Hi Martin,

                                Thank you for providing rtf files.

                                I was able to reproduce your problem by using the err38.rtf file at our end.

                                Also, I have checked other rtf files and found that they are corrupted. I'm afraid that we cannot fix this issue for these files.

                                Sure, I understand that severe errors have higher priority, but even if the files err39.rtf and err45.rtf does not fulfil
                                the RTF standards, I was able to open/read these files with wordpad.exe / MS Word / Open Office and MS Richedit-Control without
                                any problem. And I don't understand that your company is not interested to achieve this "state of the art" standard.
