                                  • Steps to Reproduce:

                                    1. Open the attached project.

                                    2. Open the gauge designer.

                                    3. Remove needle component.

                                    4. Add new needle component.

                                    5. Close designer, change ArcScaleComponent Value property.

                                    Actual Results:

                                    A NullReference exception is raised.
