2-3 seconds delay for Tooltips to appear

Hello,

I have noticed that tooltips appear much slower in XtraBars than in other controls. I have an XtraTab control which each tab header has a tooltip and then within each tab page there is a usercontrol with an XtraBar on it. The tooltips show on all other controls very quickly, and even in Internet Explorer to compare, but in XtraBars it's 2-3 seconds. A user is not going to wait that long, I almost didn't, they are going to click or move elsewhere.

Please align the delay to be consistent with other controls and the UX in Windows.

P.S. I saw a related article but with SuperTips where using reflection this can be adjusted through the HighlightedLinkChanged, this is a bandaid to the problem, the problem needs to be fixed so our app doesn't need this code in every BarManager instance.
