Detail Views' icons aren't refreshed when using the RibbonUI module

Dear DX,

It has come to our notice that when using the RibbonWinForms module, that for the detail forms the icon is no longer set. As a result, when using ALT-TAB to switch between windows, XP and Vista show the default application icon for all of the open detail forms rather than the assigned business class icon.

When the ribbon system is not used, this is no issue and forms all have their proper icons assigned which will show up in the task-switch menu.

Hopefully this can be fixed in an upcoming version :)

Steps to Reproduce:

-Assign icons to business classes

-Ribbonize the XAF-project

-Open a couple (different) detail forms

-ALT-TAB to view their icons.

Actual Results:

-Default application icon shown for each detail form.

Expected Results:

-Assigned icon to show for each detail form.
