                                    In the form dxPScxScheduler3Lnk you forgot to localize the timeline tab.

                                    LoadStringsTimeLineStyle is not called in your source.
                                    Look at procedure TcxfmSchedulerReportLinkDesignWindow.LoadStrings;

                                    Also

                                    chbxPrintStyleTimeLinePrimaryPageScalesOnly
                                    chbxPrintStyleTimeLinePrimaryPageHeadersOnly

                                    in the procedure LoadStringsTimeLineStyle are not present.
