                                  • Settings.settings file missing from C# project templates.

                                    Steps to Reproduce:

                                    Create a new eXpressApp using either the "Applications Solution v9.1" or "Windows Forms Application Project v9.1" templates.

                                    Actual Results:

                                    The following warning is displayed:

                                    The parent file, 'Settings.settings', for file 'Properties\Settings.Designer.cs' cannot be found in the project file.

                                    Expected Results:

                                    Settings.settings to be included in the project templates.
