Hi Didier,
We're sorry that the problem still persists. The sad fact that we cannot replicate it on our machines. Please specify if the problem peculiar to your Vista machine, or can you also replicate it on XP machines? Which Outlook is installed on the problematic machine? Are you using Vista Ultimate?
Thanks,
Serge
Didier,
We do understand that the problem is critical for you, but we haven't yet found any workaround for it. As I mentioned earlier, I doesn't occur on our machines with the latest ExpressEditors Library. We think of designing a custom testing tool to perform some tests at your end. However, this task will take us some time.
Thanks for your patience.
Regards,
Serge
Hi guys,
Sorry, it took significant time to thoroughly research the problem. Our tests show that it seems to be peculiar to old low-performance machines . Our developers have made some corrections to resolve the issue. Please rebuild your projects with the attached modified files (cxShellCommon.pas and cxShellControls.pas) , and let us know if they solve the problem at your end.
NOTE: This isn't an official patch yet. We need to test it prior to including in the source code of our components.
Thanks,
Serge
P.S. We keep this report Active.
