Publishing Your Reports with XtraReports
XtraReports provides an integral and sophisticated Print Preview to show your report documents, print and export them under any platform. Its main features are listed below.
Immediate WYSIWYG Print Preview
Print Preview is immediate: the created pages are shown before others are still being generated. The document creation progress is reflected in the status bar and an option for interrupting a document generation is available.
In Print Preview, your reports look exactly the same as when they are printed on paper.
Ribbon in Print Preview
In Windows Forms application, the XtraReports Suite provides an option for showing a Print Preview that uses a popular Ribbon-style interface.
Exporting and Sending by E-mail
Export your reports to any of the supported formats and send them via e-mail by clicking a single button in Print Preview. A user interface for adjusting format-specific export options is available.

Parameters Panel
A special user interface is created in Print Preview for reports with parameters, so that it is possible to modify parameter values on the fly and pass these values to your reports.

Document Map
XtraReports supports bookmarks, which make complex reports easier to navigate. In Print Preview, the hierarchy of a report's bookmarks is reflected in a Document Map.

Print Preview Interactivity
Using special events, you can provide interactivity to your reports to create drill-down and drill-through reports.

Searching, Zooming and Scaling in Preview
Print Preview provides an interface for searching for an occurrence of a specific text in a report document.
In addition, you can zoom and scale your reports in Print Preview.

Watermarks
You can provide your report document with text or image watermarks, which you can specify for selected report pages.

Print Preview Customization
Under any platform, you can extend the standard functionality of Print Preview or create your own custom report viewer.
You can easily build a custom Preview form by manually combining components that were used to create the built-in Print Preview dialog.
