ASP.NET Reporting with XtraReports
XtraReports provides out-of-the-box support for ASP.NET reporting by offering a set of specialized Web controls to display, print and export your reports on the Web.
As with other supported platforms, we can guarantee that any report you have created with XtraReports could be safely published on the Web.

Our main ASP.NET controls ReportViewer and ReportToolbar use the power of our ASPxperience Suite. This allowed us to implement the following features.
- ASP.NET Report Viewer and Report Toolbar
XtraReports provides a Report Viewer and Report Toolbar for viewing, navigating, printing and exporting reports on a Web page. To display a report on a Web page, all you need to do is drop our Report Viewer control onto an ASP.NET page and link it with the report you want to display. To provide client-side report navigation, as well as options to print and export your Web reports, you can use our ReportToolbar control.
- Web Parameters and Web Document Map
The Parameters Panel and ReportDocumentMap controls create interactive Web reports with parameters and client-side navigation.
- Complete AJAX Callback Support
Our Web reporting controls use callbacks for all operations. For instance, page navigation is accomplished via callbacks, automatically.
- Web Farms and Web Gardens Support
You can easily adjust our Report Viewer for it to properly operate in Web farms and Web gardens.
- Cross-Browser Reporting and XHTML Compliance
We make sure that all our ASP.NET reporting controls are compatible with all popular browsers.
- Medium Trust Support
Since many web hosts do not grant Full Trust permission to their clients, we allow you to create reports that can be viewed and also work at a Medium Trust permission level.
- Report Caching for Faster Navigation and Export Operations
Web report caching means faster server response and a reduced load onto the server.
- Web Report Exporting
You can export your reports to numerous formats, with the capability to write exported report streams directly into an HTTP Response.
- Complete Customization and Localization
You can fully customize our Report Toolbar to meet your requirements, as well as fully localize it.
- Variable Appearance
All our reporting controls for ASP.NET fully support native DevExpress skins and themes.
- Support for ASP.NET MVC Reporting
A fully-featured ASP.NET MVC extension with Razor support.
