Very good extensibility. The WinForms .NET controls (that's the only ones
I can talk of) allowed me to alter nearly every aspect of their
functionality enabling me to tailor them to my special needs. Even deriving
my own controls was fun; never left me stuck in a dead end and integrated in
the designer UI nicely.

Very good documentation consisting of the reference, concepts, task based
help in MSDN style (but IMHO better than that regarding content), loads of
little sample projects in C# and VB.NET, a user forum, flash tutorials
which got me up and running quite quickly.

Fabulous and very fast support. Customers can be sure that you guys come
up with an answer within one day.
All in all you have taught me what customer satisfaction means and I'll
