Appointment Reminders
End-users can set up a reminder for any event regardless of whether it has a single occurrence or whether a recurrence pattern has been assigned to it. Like so many of the features found in our scheduling suite, your end-users can fully control/manage reminder settings without any coding on your part. Features include:
- Built-in controls
Special controls that allow you to set up the reminder for an event. These controls are available via the dialog that creates new appointments. (Screenshot) - A visual indicator
Reminder is indicated with a bell icon shown within the appointment. - A built-in reminder dialog
The dialog is automatically invoked when the reminder is due. It allows end-users to view the appointment's details, snooze the reminder for a specified time period or dismiss the reminder. (Screenshot)
