Multiple File-Document Format Support
The DevExpress WinForms Rich Editor supports loading, saving, and conversion to and from all of the following text-based document formats:
 Microsoft Word 97-2003 format (.doc)
- Office Open XML format (aka MS Office 2007 or .docx)
- HyperText Markup Language format (.htm, .html)
- Rich Text format (.rtf)
- Text files (.txt)
- WordML format (.xml)
- OpenDocument format (implemented by the OpenOffice.org office suite)
- Electronic Publication (.epub)
- Web Page Archive format (.mht)
- PDF format (export only)
