No amount of marketing hype and hyperbole can mask a company’s ability to deliver products that meet and exceed customer expectations. The following is a brief list of comments sent to us from our end-users – developers such as yourself who don’t have time and money to waste – developers who need to get down to business and address client needs in the shortest possible timeframe.

I am a voluntary developer of Czech Red Cross. Because I only can work for Red Cross in my free time, speed of development is crucial for me. And that is why I chose DevExpress ASP.NET components for our new Intranet project. DevExpress components allow me to provide new features and functions in short time. They also offer rich user experience for our users - employees and volunteers of Czech Red Cross. The Intranet will improve communication throughout our organization, so it can better and more efficiently perform its activities. Many thanks to DevExpress for supporting us in this effort!
I can't begin to thank you enough for taking the time to help me last Friday with the issues I was having with reporting. I spent the weekend converting my clients current reports to XtraReports. I learned a great deal about the reporting tool and my client is thrilled about the charts and new capabilities we are going to have moving forward. Within the next hour I will have the other companies tool uninstalled and be totally on DevExpress reporting.
As a side note I also uninstalled <Competitor Product Omitted> as soon as we got off the phone Friday and installed CodeRush. I used to use CodeRush when I first started programming with visual studio back in 2007. I eventually stopped using it because it does so much, as a new programmer I was totally intimidated by it. Now that I have gone back to it, I can appreciate what it does and although I have a long way to go, I am enjoying the experience of learning how to use it.
We are a small consulting company that provides specialized environmental software solutions to state governments across the United States. Our solutions are highly technical and must be delivered to our clients with first-class quality and under strict deadlines. We diligently evaluated each leading third-party .NET component vendor before deciding to partner with DevExpress. The choice was clear for us since DevExpress excels in every area of our evaluation. DevExpress produces high-quality, robust, and extensible software components for both desktop and web-based applications; they provide an array of top-notch documentation, support materials, code examples, and forums; their issue response time is unmatched in the industry; and, finally, they have a history of performing at these superior levels over many years.

I thought I'd email you just to say that I think your product is terrific, and the support you offer your customers is fantastic. I've been using DevExpress controls for a few years now, and am always impressed by them, and always impressed by how easily I can get help from your support team. Well done, and thanks for all your help.

I was absolutely impressed with the support experience at DevExpress. Mike gave a very quick response to my questions about the ASPxPopup control. He also addressed the follow up questions with solid code samples and this made it easy for me to solve my technical question. I was very impressed. The experience gave me more confidence about renewing my subscription.

I am just writing to tell you how much I appreciate the thought and hard work you have put into your WPF control suite.
My company is redeveloping our flagship application, a modeling tool for partnership entities in the US, and I had dreaded writing the user interface elements, including grids and charts. I am so happy with your WPF tools. I think that you've saved us a six-figure sum.

After years of personal usage, the company needed a unified unit test runner and we ended up picking CodeRush, in hopes to gain some analysis and refactoring support too. Well, that's paid off. We're seeing all kinds of code commits with comments in them "CodeRush told me to fix xxx". For years I've tried to get people to make quality improvements and most of it falls on dead ears. The Code Issues and associated Refactor! support has made it so easy that more discussions and action is taking place. It's so good to see positive changes.
So from me and my supervisor, thanks for helping to improve our software quality!
I love the DevExpress MVC Grid, it's the only MVC Grid out there that does the multi-column grouping & aggregation and filtering that we need and can't wait until it's up there with the ASPxGridView in terms of functionality.
The support I've received has been second to none (even when it's not what you want to hear).
You and your colleagues should be rightly proud of your work.
When I switched from Java to .NET many years ago, the first thing I missed was the great refactoring support in IntelliJ. I felt I had stepped back 5 years, and just couldn't see how anyone could live without the features. 4 years ago we convinced our company to purchase your whole package, and I was impressed beyond all expectation with Refactor!, as well as the controls.
Skip to today, and I am back in IntelliJ writing for Android in my spare time. The thing I miss most now is Refactor! Pro. It blows away IntelliJ for features, accessibility, ease of use, discoverability, intelligence, and any other measure I can think of. Now that I am no longer with that company, I don't think I can get into WinPhone app dev without Refactor!. Congratulations on making such an amazing tool.
This is primarily about Refactor!, but I would be remiss if I left it at that. The quality and update schedule of your WinForms controls, and the excellent support you provide, made the job we had to do possible. It's still making it so for those who are left behind. Without the work of your team, ours could not have delivered.
I have been very pleased with the response from DevExpress Support (even if it was NOT what I wanted them to tell me at the time). The Support team outlined the issue and explained it in detail so that I could move on. (This is very important to developers, if it can't be done just let us know and don't beat around the bush.)
The DevExpress Support team also has sent my request to the developers who then answered and totally resolved this particular issue for me. I have used DevExpress Products for Delphi Development for years and it is a great product and so, I am excited to continue to use DevExpress for my ASP.NET development.
DevExpress is the BEST!
