Of all of the tools that I purchase and maintain, the DevExpress tools are the most valuable. It's actually a pleasure to renew with you each year. The price is reasonable, the tools are fabulous and your support, in the rare case that it is needed, is stellar.

Your controls are AMAZING. Over the past two years I have become somewhat of a TcxGrid expert under VCL for Delphi RAD studio. I have never failed in trying to get it to do what I (or my customer) wants it to do.

Using DevExpress controls, we developed a comprehensive case management and document imaging system for one of our largest clients, a state-wide court system. The software processes millions of case records and images from courthouses across the state.

I have been using DevExpress Enterprise Subscription for almost 3 years now. I consider myself to be an intermediate ASP.NET programmer with lots and lots still to learn.

I have found that DevExpress products have increased my programming skills a lot quicker than expected. The concepts are easy to grasp and where I am unable to figure out a problem myself, the support team have been outstanding in coming to my aid quickly, clearly and with a very friendly pleasant manner. Some of my questions, I have no doubt, are down to my lack of knowledge in .NET programming and must frustrate the support team considerably at times, but never do they complain or leave me without a solution.

Without a doubt the best product I have ever purchased. I cannot see myself coding without it.

Hand to god, the best damn ASP.NET Controls devised by non-robots... maybe they are robots... either way these controls are epic!

In an effort to reduce the amount of time I spent programming, I discovered the DevExpress ASP.NET product and found from the day I downloaded the trial version that the tools are excellent and a "must have" for my development enviroment.

In addition the DevExpress support, tutorials, documentation and forums provided so much information I was able to take our project well beyond what I had orginally hoped for.

I am very impressed with the software and the people behind it. It shortens my programming time and has extended my capabilites.

I'm using DevExpress components for some time already and it's a pleasure to use them in my projects. The whole .NET package fits seamlessly together, especially when working with data and XPO. However, what makes them superior to competition is the support DevExpress provides. The response is always incredibly fast and helpful and people there don't hesitate to create complete sample solution to help with any issue.

I just wanted to let you know every time I start using a new control from your control suite I always seem to be amazed about how easy it is to setup and use. This prior weekend was the very first time I had to start creating (simple) reports for customers and I had the simple reports up and running literally within MINUTES! I was blown away by how I can use the same report in my ASP.NET project as well as my WinForms Project.

I am fairly new to .net and I most likely use a very small % of all the features your controls offer, but when I do use them, it always seems very easy to get up and running. You saved me a lot of time. Job well done.

It's my extreme pleasure to write these words for "CodeRush with Refactor! Pro" as these tool are simply awesome. CodeRush minimizes my work by 75% and I feel so comfortable doing my projects with A++ accuracy.

I just want to thank you for your fantastic after sales service. Your components are essential to our ASP.NET application. Not only are the tools fantastic but the service we're receiving from the team is exceptional.

I run a small business and for years I had ideas for internal line of business applications which would make things so much better for us. However we just never had the time to create them - you have to keep focussed on the client projects to keep paying the bills.

I discovered XAF and I was stunned. It is incredible what you can achieve in just a few hours. Just incredible. Now I have an idea on a Friday, I spend a few hours tinkering on a Saturday morning, and then I launch the new app to the team on a Monday morning.

Now our business is running like a well oiled machine, and a lot of the credit has to go to XAF. The ability to make changes to the system and have the database update automatically is great for allowing apps to "Evolve" over time with the minimum of fuss.

I must mention the support team too. They are the best I've ever dealt with. Just post any question, even a bit of code you are working on, and they get right on it and come back with a detailed, helpful response. I've posted questions and had responses back on a Saturday morning when I'm trying something out. You just don't get that with other companies.

I'm using the grid and popup control in my web application and can only recommend them. These controls are very powerful and can be customized in pretty much any way you want - that makes them occasionally complex to understand and master, but the online examples and video tutorials (sometimes a bit hidden in the online documentation) help.

Better yet is the very reasonable pricing, giving you excellent value for money.

But what tops it is the outstanding support: they almost instantaneously answered several user questions I asked, and a minor and cosmetic bug I found was confirmed quickly and fixed in the next minor release. This more than doubles the value of the controls themselves. (If you still consider any other control library, don't only check out the tool itself, but also the support behind it - I did and failed quite miserably with some other manufacturer, who needed days to reply and then only replied with a nonsense, generic text block asking for "sample code" where the issue was described clearly with installation and basic hello-world testing.)

Since 2000, I have used Devexpress products in various businesses and with different types of projects. I remember that I first learned about the eXpressApp Framework in 2005 from the Devexpress web site, and I said to myself, "it is magnificent!" I can now develop more robust, rapid and professional software products. In fact, the Devexpress product line is so comprehensive that I don't need any other third party products.

Another reason for choosing DevExpress is its highly professional customer support. In some cases, this fact alone can be more important than any other.

We were in the situation to completely start from scratch with a new ERP Software. We switched to .NET and after evaluating a few different component packages we decided to go with DevExpress WinForms Controls. We started to extend an existing .NET Winforms Application, but we have seen that too much man power is needed to get a running product. Finally we discovered DevExpress eXpressApp Framework and eXpressPersistent Objects, and after some tests we started to go with XAF. Its flexibility and the speed of gettng basic things up and running was outstanding. Another point was the fantastic support we got from the DevExpress support team!

One of the challenges we faced was application flexibility. We needed our customers to be free to modify our software according to their requirements. With the help of Xpand - an Open Source framework - we made the application model completely customizable at runtime, allowed custom members to be created at runtime, and much more. Even loading custom XAF modules, based on the customers needs is no problem with XAF out of the box.

To sum up, working with XAF helps us deliver a highly flexible and stable product, deliver new functionality in short time with a relatively small team. It also enables us to utilize cutting-edge technologies:

Previously, I didn't pay attention to XAF and I was wrong about that. A friend and collague of mine showed me a demo and the potentials of the eXpressApp Framework. Now I have completed 90% of my XAF-based application and I believe that it's going to be a hit in our market.

I have been dealing with companies offering support both as a customer and support manager for over 20 years. In all that time I have rarely encountered a team such as DevExpress. The service they provide is second to none. They provide quick and accurate responses to all my questions (even the dump questions where I should have had RTFM more closely). I had one serious conflict between Visual Studios and DevExpress that could not be resolved by email, so the DevExpress engineer offered to remotely connect to my computer in this extreme case. An appointment time was agreed and the problem resolved quickly and professionally. It was only afterwards that I found out from the engineer Plato, that he came in at 4AM their time to suit my time zone. That is a level of service way beyond what I have even come to expect from DevExpress as well as a commitment by a member of staff! A product is only as good as the support and back up provided for it and in this case both are excellent.

Although we have been in business since 1995, we are still a small company and when requested by my Managing Director to look at changing from our Windows based GPS Vehicle Tracking applications to Web, I was majorly concerned. The last time I did any programming web applications was when ASP was known as 'classic ASP' - which was a long time ago. I immediately knew I needed help - my options were simple, hire another developer - costly and time consuming - or find a product with enough versatility to give me the tools I needed. Without thought DevExpress does that and more. I am currently writing our web application single handed where our competitors have team of engineers doing the same work - the difference - DevExpress tools, it has saved us time and money. It has given me the edge that I needed to make the web site work. I have a professional, crisp web site handling large data sources with easy. Every design I could think of - pop up windows, excel type spread sheets with drag and drop columns, sortable columns and much more was all only a click away when using DevExpress. If you are an amateur or professional developer this is the development tool for you!

As a student, CodeRush and Refactor! Pro have been godsends in helping me weave my way through developing Windows Phone Apps. No matter how new the stuff I write, it all seems like boilerplate code with the increased speed and efficiency I have with CodeRush. And making Refactor! Pro code changes across multiple projects can be with the utmost confidence. Great job DevExpress! :)

eXpressApp Framework was a perfect solution for what we needed. It supplied a simple and streamlined interface so that our users could quickly and efficiently edit the data. The users that primarily did daily reporting could login to the web interface and easily access the data. This allowed our clients to work in a more real-time manner with their outside firms and allowed them to be more efficient throughout the month.

We saved an enormous amount of time and man power by using the eXpressApp Framework. XAF had the audit feature already built into it. It was also able to create the application and web interfaces at the same time from the modeler which saved considerable cost in the interface development and gave the needed functionally to our users. We have been extremely happy with Devexpress products and especially XAF. We will be using it with any future products we release.
