Technical Writer/Editor

Great products require great technical documentation and in this position, you will be working directly with our technical writing team to ensure that our documentation is easy to understand and addresses the needs of our end-users.

Location: United States (NV or CA)

Requirements

• Understanding of the software development process a plus.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience as an editor a plus.

Technical Support Engineer

A highly technical position that requires an individual with in-depth knowlege of both our products and the dev tools we support. You must love working with both customers and a large development team. You must be prepared to master the capabilities of our product line.

Location: United States (NV or CA)

Requirements

• Extensive software development experience in Visual Studio .NET and/or Delphi.
• In-depth knowledge of our components/tools.
• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.
• Ability to communicate both in spoken and written form in English.
• Enjoy working/communicating with people and a genuine desire to help customers reach their objectives.
• A patient and understanding mindset.
